Cytochem's management brings a wealth of combined experience in academic and corporate research and development, project management, strategic partnerships and corporate organization. The team has a solid background in discovery research, proof-of-concept studies and preclinical development of therapeutic products.
The current focus of the company is on molecular histology and the localization of cellular gene expression sites, with a holistic strategy and special emphasis on rare mRNA transcripts. Cytochem's scientific leadership has an outstanding track record in this area of expertise, having mapped more than 200 genes for clients in academic and pharmaceutical sectors in the United States and Canada.
